Who exports YouTube channel data

  • Competitor analysis

Audit a competitor's full catalog — title patterns, video frequency, top-performing topics — without scrolling forever.

  • Content audits

Pull your own channel's full video list with metrics so you can spot under-performing content and uploaded-format trends.

  • Channel valuation and acquisition

Get a complete view of a channel's library before buying, sponsoring, or partnering — view counts, durations, post dates, all in one CSV.

  • Content discovery

Find a creator's older deep-cut videos that don't show up in YouTube search but may be exactly what you need.

  • Research and journalism

Cite or reference a creator's body of work with a complete, structured archive instead of a screenshot of a few thumbnails.

How to export a YouTube channel's full video list

  1. Paste the channel URL or handle

We accept full channel URLs (youtube.com/@handle), legacy URLs (youtube.com/channel/UC...), and bare @handles.

  2. Click Get All Videos

SubExtract pulls the channel's entire upload history. Large channels take longer — we show progress as we paginate through.

  3. Sort, filter, and inspect

Sort by views, likes, date, or duration. Search the title list to narrow down quickly.

  4. Export the full list

Download as CSV with all metadata columns, or TXT for a simple title list. Pro removes per-channel row limits.
